About Biotique XRAY
XRAY can quickly analyze hundreds of binary CEL files on personal computers with as little at 500Mb ram and 700 MHz processors. XRAY is unique in that:

• It is implemented as an Excel add-in
• Performs probe-level analysis (does not need to identify an expression summary score for probe-sets or exons). XRAY analyses ALL of the data in the array and NO filtering is necessary.
